Q: What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
A: All Excluding aggressive dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Persa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.

Exotic pets are not permitted.
Q: How many pets may I have?
A: 2 max with a 100lb weight limit.
Q: Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
A: Contact the office for more information.
Q: What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
A: A valid government issued photo ID.
Q: What are your fees and monthly charges?
A: $30 valet trash, $5 pest control, sub metered water
Q: What are the income and credit qualifications?
A: Income 3x monthly rent, Guarantors 4x monthly rent.
Q: What is acceptable "proof of income" to sign a lease?
A: Most recent 30 days of paystubs, offer letter signed by resident and dated within last 30 days, tax returns for recent 2 years.
Q: What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
A: A guarantor may be used to qualify the one that did not, depending on our guidelines, both applicants have to qualify for the apartment. Contact the office for more information.
Q: Is my security deposit totally refundable?
A: Yes, if no damages incur and all fees are paid at move out.
Q: If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
A: Yes, but you have to pay back any concessions offered and there is a 1 month rent fee. You also have to provide a 60-day written notice.
Q: Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
A: You can change to a month-to-month plan after your lease expires, However, a 60-day written notice is still required.
Q: What utilities are included in my lease?
A: None.
Q: How long is the term of the lease?
A: We offer 3 to 15 month leases.
Q: Do you accept leases for short terms?
A: Yes
Q: Am I required to have renters insurance?
A: Yes
Q: Do you offer furnished apartments?
A: No, but we can refer you to one.
Q: Do you offer corporate apartments?
A: Yes
Q: If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
A: Online via resident portal, by phone, email or in person.
Q: When is my rent payment due?
A: The 1st of every month.
Q: What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
A: On the 4th.
Q: Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
A: Yes, via the online resident portal.
Q: Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
A: Via the online resident portal or in the rent drop box.
Q: There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
A: Guests staying longer than 7 days must be added to the lease.
Q: Do you have reserved parking?
A: We have private garages available for rent.
Q: I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
A: In any open parking space.
Q: My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
A: Yes, anyone staying longer than 7 days must be added to the lease.
Q: Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
A: No
Q: Do you have cable services?
A: We refer to AT&T and Time Warner Cable.
Q: Does the property have a fitness center?
A: Yes
Q: Does the property have a swimming pool?
A: Yes
Q: Does the property offer on-site recycling?
A: Yes
Q: Are gas grills permitted at your property?
A: No
Q: Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
A: Yes, for rent.
Q: Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
A: Yes, but they must return the unit back to the original color at move out.
Q: Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
A: Yes

Pet Policy

Policy

Cast and dogs up to 100 punds permitted.

Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals.

Fees

Non-refundable pet fee of $400 for the first animal plus $400 for each additional animal.

Pet Rent

Monthly Rent of $20/pet/month.

Breed Restrictions
